Singer Jennifer Lopez has faced her share of heartbreak. The mom-of-two has had high-profile relationships – and splits – with the likes of P. Diddy and Ben Affleck.
Now happily settled into her sixth year of marriage, with a son and daughter, Lopez opened up on her VH1 Behind The Music documentary special, via DailyMail.co.uk, about how heartbreak has changed her, and how motherhood showed her the true meaning of love.
Lopez revealed that her split with Affleck was her first true heartbreak, saying,
I don’t think I had ever been heartbroken in that way before – had so many hopes and dreams on something. This was the first time and it was tough. When you go through that kind of heartbreak in front of everybody you are not quite the same person you were before. I always wanted that fairytale. It just didn’t work out. But I kept trying – you can’t blame a girl for trying!”
She then opened up about how her understanding of love changed once she and husband Marc Anthony welcomed their twins Max and Emme, saying, “That’s when things became really clear to me – what love truly is. It’s that pure, that unconditional, that kind.”

Just two days after the surprise announcement that 25-year-old soccer stud Cristiano Ronaldo is now a father, a Portuguese newspaper is claiming the baby boy – born June 17 – was conceived by a surrogate mother in San Diego at the end of last summer where Cristiano was on vacation.
According to The Daily Mail, the paper also states that the new dad travelled to visit his son as soon as his team was eliminated from the tournament by Spain last Tuesday (June 29), though no further details were given.
Cristiano’s sister, Katia Aveiro, says that her brother is “very happy about becoming a father”:
He’s very happy, of course! Who isn’t happy having children? The baby looks like him, although he’s still very small to see what his features will be like… He has brown eyes and brown hair like Cristiano… He’s very calm, he just eats and sleeps.

TMZ is reporting that a settlement has been reached between golf pro Tiger Woods and estranged wife Elin Nordegren.
Though rumors have been circulating the web for some time giving a high figure of $750 million, a source told TMZ that Woods’ net worth is somewhere around $500-$600 million. Nordegren is to be given $100 million plus monthly child support for the former couples two children, 3-year-old Sam, and 1-year-old Charlie.
A major stipulation of the agreement is that Nordegren is not allowed to speak out about the events that have occurred, nor is she allowed to write a “tell-all” book about her experiences with Woods.
The two split late last year after 5-years of marriage, when reports surfaced of Woods having multiple affairs.
