Jennifer Garner’s Smiley Seraphina

She’s getting so big!

Valentine’s Day star Jennifer Garner was seen dropped off her 4-year-old daughter Violet at preschool in Santa Monica on Thursday morning (June 10). The busy mom-of-two also had her youngest daughter, Seraphina, 1, in tow.

After dropping off Violet, Jen and Sera made their way to Caffe Luxxe for some refreshments. On the way out of the car, sweet Seraphina flashed a gorgeous smile at the paparazzi. What a cutie pie!

The girls’ dad is Jen’s hubby of nearly 5 years, Ben Affleck.

John Corbett Talks Adoption

Sex and the City star John Corbett recently chatted with Access Hollywood, where talk turned from movie-making to marriage and fatherhood.

Saying that he and his longtime love Bo Derek have discussed trying the knot, he added, “If you’re gonna have kids, you should ultimately be married. Nothing against people who aren’t, but I think it’s a good thing to do to give that kid a foundation that feels stable, not just mommy and daddy are boyfriend and girlfriend, but we’re beyond that, I think. We’re beyond that having kids.”

The actor hasn’t ruled out adoption, though.

“Now, adopting kids, that’s a whole other thing. That’s not out of my realm one day to do,” he says. “Even though I’m 49, I still feel like I’m 25, like I just arrived to Hollywood. I mean, I’m always hustling to try to get my next job… One day, you know, when I settle down, I mean, I know everybody does it, but I’m just not everybody and if that day ever comes when I adopt a kid — if Bo’s into it — I’ll be moving less around the world, trying to make a buck.”

Sheryl Crow Says Second Adoption Kept “Falling Apart”

Sheryl Crow, who recently adopted her second son Levi, says being a single mother of two isn’t that hectic, thanks to her 3-year-old son, Wyatt.

“He gives baths, he helps burp him, changes his diaper,” Crow tells Us. “It’s really cute.”

Crow says Wyatt was aware early on that she wanted to adopt a second baby. The 48-year-old songstress says it wasn’t an easy process.

We’ve been going through this for a year — Getting ready for a baby; it falling apart; getting ready for a baby; the mom changing her mind. So [now] we were excited but conservatively excited.”

Before hitting the red carpet at last night’s CMT Music Awards in Nashville, Crow was in full-on mommy mode. “I was in sweats bottle feeding one, reading to the other,” Crow says. “You make it happen.”

Jada Pinkett Smith On Jaden’s Star Role, Willow’s Music Career

Well known for her role in The Matrix series, Jada Pinkett Smith is now heating things up on TNT’s hit medical drama HawthoRNe. The 38-year-old mother of three – stepson Trey, 17, son Jaden, 11, and daughter Willow, 9 – opens up to Ambassador about her career and family life.

On putting her music career on hold for Willow’s: “I started a metal band called Wicked Wisdom. I toured and I loved it. But soon after, my kids’ careers started taking off, so I sacrificed it. I am pleased to say my daughter, Willow, will be putting out an album soon and I look forward to enjoying music through her creations. So I am excited about that, and she’s pretty awesome. She will be better at it then I ever could be anyway! (Laughs)”

On Jaden’s first star role in The Karate Kid: “That experience was quite unique, and that was probably one of the most difficult projects I have worked on because this was my son’s first starring role, and it was for such a classic movie. He was working in China away from his friends and family. Even though we brought family out there from time to time, it was still long hours. Not only did he have to shoot but he also had to practice during lunchtime and weekends. He really had no downtime for about four months. It wasn’t an easy thing to do or to watch. But the reward is knowing that he is so proud of the product. As a parent, it was amazing to see my child understand the fruits of hard work, and he sees that from what was produced just with his own talents. I also think that this was really the first time Will and I worked together at that
capacity on such a project like The Karate Kid (2010). Like I said, it was hard, but I’m really proud of the product we were able to create as a family. I’m extremely proud, and I’m sure we will be doing a lot more of that.”
