Russell Crowe was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday (April 12). The 46-year-old Academy Award-winning actor stood proudly beside his wife Danielle Spencer and their two sons, Charlie, 6, and Tennyson, 3 1/2.
Avatar‘s Sam Worthington, Jay Leno, Ron Howard and Brian Grazier were some of the celebs at today’s ceremony.
“Thanks for the privilege. I’ll always be grateful for it,” Crowe told the crowd of more than 500.
What is your fav Russell Crowe flick? My vote is for A Beautiful Mind.
Being a mom is synonymous with not getting enough sleep for many of us. Now, a new product can make you look like you slept like a baby even if the kids kept you up most of the night. The Socializer by Elizabeth Grant is all the hydrating, cooling, soothing, de-puffing, dark-circle-erasing, illuminating action that could fit into one tiny tube. So you can look bright-eyed and refreshed no matter how little you slept.
The Socializer comes with two little convenient tubes, Bright Lights for the morning and Late Nights for bedtime. Each tube is operated by an easy to use push button and dispenses the product through a soft brush applicator tip.
What makes The Socializer so effective? It contains Ulva Lactuca– a unique algae that helps improve the skin’s elasticity and support fibers, Matrixyl which increases collagen synthesis, reduces the appearance of wrinkles and regenerates skin, Allantoin- relieves irritated skin, and healing Chamomile which soothes and calms the skin.
You can imagine The Socializer is a must-have on the Hollywood scene. Just ask the Kardashian sisters or Blake Lively who are enthusiasts.
Just a week after finally being allowed to go home with her family, baby Josie Duggar is back at Arkansas Children’s Hospital today after her vital signs unexpectedly dropped.
“[The doctor] told us to never trust a preemie,” says Josie’s dad Jim Bob. “That is really true.”
Though Josie was doing well when she returned home last week, fortifiers added to mom Michelle‘s breast milk to increase her intake of calories are apparently what triggered the latest setback. The fortifiers led to constipation which in turn led to the fluctuation in her vital signs.
Though he’s not sure how long she’ll have to remain at the hospital, Jim Bob reports that Josie is “doing fine now.”
“It seems like she will do great for a few days and then have challenges. We are so encouraged about how she’s doing, and it is amazing how she’s filling out. But, even though she is beyond her due date and over the four-month mark, she is still not at the weight of a full-term baby,” he says of his daughter, who now weighs 4lbs 12oz.
The youngest of the Duggars’ 19 children, Josie was born on December 10, 2009 – 15 weeks earlier than expected due to Michelle’s pre-eclampsia – weighing just 1lb 6 oz.
“We really appreciate everyone’s continued prayers for Josie,” Jim Bob adds.
Actress Naomi Watts, best known for her roles in Mulholland Drive and King Kong, has always been open about the testosterone filled home that she shares with partner Liev Schreiber. The couple of five-years have two sons, Sasha, 2 1/2, and Kai, 1, as well as two male dogs, making Watts the minority in the home. In an interview with She Magazine via FemaleFirst.co.uk, Watts joked about the possibility of a third son, saying, “If I could guarantee myself a girl, I’d say yes to having more children. but I’d be sure to have another boy.”
The working mom also shares her take on balance, saying, “I see myself as any other working woman. Every day I’m struggling to get it right, do the best I can, make the right choices for work, be a good mother and have time for my relationship with Liev. I’m never sure whether I’m doing any of it right, but I’ve finally got to the age where at least I know that I’m just doing my best.”
The actresses latest film Mother and Child, is set for a May release this year. The busy mom also have seven other projects lined up!
