Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s 19th child, who was born at just 25 weeks and weighed only 1 lb., 6 oz., gets a visit from mom on an upcoming episode of their TLC reality show, 19 Kids and Counting, which airs Tuesday (9 p.m. EST), Us reports.
“Momma’s here. She looks so big to me,” Michelle, 43, says to Josie, who is 47 days old and still hospitalized.
A nurse from the intensive care unit explains that Josie now weighs 2 lbs., 3 1/2 oz. “She eats breast milk that mom has pumped and we have, and she gets it continuously at six milliliters an hour, which is about a teaspoon an hour.”
Josie has “been very energetic,” Michelle proudly says. “She’s going to have to be to keep up with everybody at home.”
Michelle tries to place a headband on Josie’s head, but decides “it may be too snug” with her IV. “You look so beautiful, even without the bow,” Michelle says. “You’re just beautiful.”
Turns out Jennie Garth isn’t the only writer in the family! The 37-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 alum and her Twilight hunk hubby, Peter Facinelli, are teaming up for a new TV movie that Peter wrote.
Peter penned the script, which is being turned into a film, starring his wife, for America’s Hallmark channel.
Jennie can’t wait to star in his film. “He’s a wonderful writer and we’re finally getting one of his projects off the ground. I’m going to be starring in it, so that’s exciting,” Jennie says. “It’s about an actor inside the Barney suit – a giant stuffed animated kids character – and he meets a woman who changes his perspective on things. It’s a sweet love story with no big moral message; it’s pure entertainment.”
So will Dr. Cullen make an appearance in the film? “Peter really wants to be in it and I keep saying, ‘No, we shouldn’t work together!’ It’s still up in the air so we’ll see. My husband is super busy and he’s on fire right now. He’s got two other projects that he wrote getting off the ground so my household is buzzing right now!”
Jennie and Peter are parents to daughters Luca, 12, Lola, 7, and Fiona, 3.
Andy Garcia and his gorgeous 26-year-old daughter Dominik posed on the red carpet at the City Island premiere in Westwood, Calif. on Monday (March 15).
The father-daughter duo costar in City Island, a comedy about domestic dysfunction, due out March 19. “What could be more important or make you more passionate than the people you live with?” Garcia asks Parade. The family man is also papa to daughters Daniella, 22, and Alessandra, 18, and son Andres, 8.
So what does the 53-year-old Godfather actor think about his kids following his lead into showbiz? “I encourage them to pursue the dream, as long as it’s their dream.” Daniella and Alessandra both appeared with him in 2005 in The Lost City, and Andres enjoys performing “almost as much as he loves video games and basketball,” Garcia says.
