If you’re lucky enough to have seen Season One of Nurse Jackie, you already know the show has a colorful cast of characters and the plot-line is out-of-this-world fabulous. Well kids, Season Two is on the way and it’s not too late to jump on board now. Let me catch you up.
Newly brunette mother-of-two Nicole Richie covers the March issue of British Marie Claire. The most transformed mother of 2008 opens up about the eating disorder rumors, the age gap between her children and how her life “has changed in a much more natural way” than most people think.
Addressing the anorexia rumors, Nicole, 28, sets the record straight.
I felt it was a little unfair to say someone has an eating disorder when they don’t. It’s extremely insulting and irresponsible. An eating disorder is serious and it’s a disease. I don’t think you can lightly say someone has a disease unless they are openly telling you that they do.”
Nicole started looking frighteningly thin towards the end of 2004 while filming The Simple Life with her BFF Paris Hilton. In 2006 she underwent medical treatment at her father’s urging to stop her frame from shrinking any further.
Now looking healthier but slim for a new mom (she gave birth to son Sparrow in September), Nicole doesn’t feel like revisiting that time.
“I’m just one to live in the present and enjoy the time that I’m having,” she said. “Going into my past is just not something that I do. Right now I’m just living my dreams.”

Real Housewife of New York City star Bethenny Frankel has a fiancé, Jason Hoppy, ready to take her out on the town and a new baby — due in June — to prepare for. But she’s sure to take the time to enjoy a night with her pals every now and then. The reality TV starlet showed off her baby bump to Life & Style and shared some great tips for a fun evening with the girls.
“Rather than waiting for a man to buy you a drink or spending money eating at an expensive restaurant, stay at home and reconnect with your girlfriends,” Bethenny said. “It’s a chance to really let loose. Plus, you get to choose the food and the music. It gives you a chance to air your issues about your relationship so you don’t kill your partner.” Most of all, Bethenny stresses, “it’s about women taking charge of their lives. They’ve earned their night in, and they’re going to make the most of it.”
Bethenny’s new book is The Skinnygirl Dish: Easy Recipes for Your Naturally Thin Life. The 39-year-old mom-to-be is set to star in her own series called Bethenny’s Getting Married?
