Dylan McDermott’s Sleepy Santa Monica Girl

Actor Dylan McDermott and ex-wife Shiva attended a holiday party with their daughters Colette, 13, and Charlotte, 4, at their youngest daughter’s school, the First Presbyterian Nursery School in Santa Monica, yesterday (December 17).

Young Charlotte was decked out festive red and white as she clung sleepily to her father, while Colette, who looks more like Dylan each day, wore a sweet floral dress and gray cardigan.

Recently the 47-year-old The Practice star told USA Today: “The most fun I have is being with my kids… When I get to be with my girls, that’s the best time of my life. That’s my fun, going to the movies or the park.”

Megyn Price: Motherhood Allows Me To Be “Fantastically Childish”

Megyn Price is a southern belle with tremendous heart! She stars on the popular CBS comedy Rules of Engagement co-staring David Spade, and finds the time to do regular charitable work for a cause that lies close to home.

Megyn and her high school sweetheart, Eddie, are proud parents to 2-year-old daughter Grace. The 38-year-old mother-of-one opened up to Celebrity Baby Scoop about the joys of motherhood, how the acting bug prevailed amidst her better judgment and her passion to support an adult care facility in her hometown of Norman, Oklahoma.

CBS: How has motherhood changed you? Any surprises? What are the greatest challenges for you?

MP: “In becoming a mother, the biggest surprise for me is how fantastically childish I get to be. I guess I thought I would feel like an old lady when I had a kiddo. In fact, it’s exactly the opposite. I get to sing nonsense songs and make up ridiculous stories and act them out with cuckoo voices for my girl, and I have a ball. I had no idea that being a responsible adult meant acting like a lunatic most of the time.

Samantha recently spoke to Celebrity Baby Scoop about being a good role model for Josselyn.

We all can commiserate [about mommy guilt]! It’s one of the most difficult inner struggles. I try to remind myself of what a great example working and striving sets for our daughter. To see both her parents out there accomplishing goals on a daily basis is a good thing!”
