We loved her as Aunt Becky – Uncle Jesse’s better half – in Full House. Lori Loughlin is back on the small screen in a familiar zip code, and making the most of her time with her two young daughters.
The 45-year-old 90210 star and her famous fashion designer hubby, Mossimo Giannulli, are parents to two young girls: Isabella Rose, 11, and Olivia Jade, 10. Lori sat down with Working Mother to discuss how she balances her show biz life with baking at home with the girls.
On balancing her role on 90210 and her role of mommy at home: “My schedule changes with episode-to-episode. It takes seven days to shoot one episode, so some days I’ll work one day an episode, some days I‘ll work two or three days an episode, but usually there’s enough down time for me to be with my girls. Having young children, that is a plus for me because I can be involved in their school activities and I can volunteer my time up at school. I can be there to take them to soccer practice, and I’m home at night to make dinner and help them with their homework. That’s all very important to me and this job allows me to be able to do that.”

Actor Taye Diggs is in awe of his “warrior” wife Idina Menzel following the birth of their son Walker in September.
In an episode set to air today, the Private Practice star tells Ellen DeGeneres that Idina opted for a natural labor, boasting, “No drugs. She is a warrior.”
Taye went on to describe the 8-hour labor: “I was holding her hands and cheering her on. I said I would look two times. I would look when the baby was crowning, and I wanted to look right when [son] Walker came out. And then when he came out, all of a sudden it was like my inner gangster came out. I was like, ‘Yeah baby, that’s what I’m talkin’ about, that’s my boy!'”
Walker is the first child for Taye and his Tony-award winning wife, who tied the knot in 2003. The proud papa says that his son’s arrival made for a very memorable experience.
“It was crazy,” he admits. “I couldn’t control myself. It was like the Super Bowl, World Series, World Cup, everything wrapped up into one.”

Supermodel Heidi Klum, who walked the runway for the Victoria’s Secret fashion show less than two months after giving birth to her son Henry, told PEOPLE last month that she’ll be taking it easy this time around.
“I don’t know if I’m going to try to get ready for the show,” said Heidi before the arrival of baby Lou Sulola. “I’m going to totally play it by ear and see what happens.”
After Heidi and husband Seal welcomed their son Henry in 2005, the proud mom put in twice daily workouts with her trainer David Kirsch to get back into shape. However, she says there’s no pressure to get ready for the November Victoria’s Secret show in New York City.
