Introducing Ava Madelyn McGee

Golf pro Annika Sörenstam's newborn daughter Ava Madelyn is already a blogger!
A post yesterday on the new mom's personal blog reads:
"Hi everyone. This is Ava writing my first blog. I came into this world yesterday, which was 18 days ahead of schedule. I feel fine, and the folks in funny suits that come in to see me keep telling my parents that everything is great. Whatever that means.
I assume Mama is doing well. Though I’ll have to take Dad’s word for it because he says she has a high pain tolerance and never complains anyways. Mama tells me that we have a lot of great friends out there who have been extremely supportive..."
Ava, who was born on Tuesday morning, is the first child for Annika and her husband Mike McGee.

Swedish Golfer Annika Sörenstam Expecting Baby Girl

Golf legend Annika Sörenstam announced on her blog that she and husband Mike McGee are expecting their first child, a little girl, this fall.
“We have had a lot of exciting changes in the past few months, and adding a new addition to our family later this fall will certainly be at the top of that list,” says Sörenstam. “We are absolutely thrilled and look forward to this new chapter of our lives!”
On her blog, Annika talks about how she's staying fit during her pregnancy: “I have changed my work out routine since life on tour, especially being pregnant as I feel a little limited with regards to what I can and can’t do. However, swimming has no impact and I don’t feel the extra weight around my belly.”
The 72-time LPGA tour winner stepped away from the game in December 2008 and was married to her second husband on January 10th, 2009
