Jennifer Love Hewitt: "I'm Obsessed With Babies!"
Jennifer Love Hewitt stars as a Southern mom turned prostitute on Lifetime's The Client List, hitting the small screen on July 19. The movie is based on the true story of Samantha Horton who turned to prostitution to get her family through the recession.
During a conference call with Celebrity Baby Scoop, Jennifer, 31, who is also the executive producer of the film talked about feeling empowered in this role and learning the rigors of pole dancing, the possibility of having babies one day, and how the media has speculated a baby bump for years.
CBS: Do you want babies one day?
JLH: "Oh, I would love to have babies! I'm obsessed with babies! My brother's getting ready to have his first baby and I'm so excited. I can secretly pretend that it's my baby [laughs]. I love it, I'm having the best time buying baby clothes and it's made my want to have babies even worse. But I'd love to have them one day, for sure!"
Jennifer Love Hewitt: "I Know That I Will Have Children One Day"
Jennifer Love Hewitt definitely sees motherhood in her future, but for the time being, she’s not making any concrete plans. The 30-year-old actress tells You magazine that she’d rather let life play out spontaneously.
I would love to have kids but I have no idea when. I used to try and work it all out and then I realized that life us so much better when you don’t plan it. I know that I will have children one day. But first things first... I am just really happy in the here and now.
The former Party of Five star, who is currently dating her Ghost Whisperer costar, Jamie Kennedy, 39, says that their relationship benefits from them working together because they never have to waste time discussing their jobs when they come home.
“The idea of two actors in a relationship can be explosive and scary,” Jennifer explains. “But the good thing is that he is also a writer, a comedian and an entrepreneur. One of the great things about working together is that in the evening we don’t have to have an hour-long conversation about how our day went.”
She went on to praise her current beau for knowing one surefire trick for making her happy: “Jamie is a good man with shoes,” she praises. “He will buy you any show you want because he loves them. He knows a way to a girl’s heart.”
