Tobey Maguire and wife Jennifer Meyer took their two adorable children - Ruby, 3, and Otis, 8 months - for breakfast in Los Angeles on Sunday (January 10). Tobey was spotted walking with Ruby and a friend while Jennifer carried little Otis.
The 34-year-old actor recently insisted that fans shouldn't worry about Spider-Man 4 being delayed. The film had been scheduled to hit cinemas in May 2011, but will unlikely be finished at that time. "Like anything, it's a process, we're just in the midst of the process, we have a lot of great stuff in terms of story and script - we're just trying to dial it in and get it ready as quickly as possible," the father of two said. "Of course, these movies are a very big undertaking and take a lot more time than a drama or something more straightforward," Tobey added.

Tobey Maguire and wife Jennifer Meyer attended a holiday party with their 3-year-old daughter Ruby Sweetheart yesterday (December 17) at the First Presbyterian Nursery School in Santa Monica.
The 34-year-old Spiderman star and his little girl shared a sweet moment as she rested her head against his chest amid the celebrations. Ruby was her usual adorable self in a tutu style skirt, gray cardigan and a pair of Uggs.
Recently Tobey admitted he had a hard time with the “dark scenes” he shared with two young actresses in his new film, Brothers:
I had to do what I had to do but I was conflicted about it. Despite the fact that you want them to react, I don't want to hurt them emotionally. They were really amazing, mature little girls but at the same time, they're little girls.

Real Food Daily is an organic vegan restaurant which suites Tobey's lifestyle. The 34-year-old father of two has been a vegetarian for over fourteen years and in 2009 became a vegan.
The Spider-Man star recently talked about making his kids a priority.
A lot of times I'll work out of home. But, it can get in the way of being a dad. The kids pop in and I'm in the middle of things so I stop, but I'm not as present as I want to be. Now, I'm thinking I've got to put everything away, the computers, phones, BlackBerrys, people bothering you about whatever, and just be like, 'OK, I'm just a daddy right now. I'm going to eat breakfast with my children, I'm going to play with blocks or toys whatever and just totally be with them.'"
