Charlize Theron Lunches With Her Lad

Oscar-winner Charlize Theron was seen with her son Jackson, whom she calls “the coolest kid ever.” The actress, 36, was all smiles as she carried her 4-month-old baby in a covered car seat into Little Dom’s on Saturday (April 14) in Los Angeles, Calif.

The Snow White and the Huntsman star – who is back in L.A. after a quick promotional trip to Europe – looked casual chic a denim shirt and jeans, paired by a scarf and shades.

The new mom recently told the Daily Mail that she’s learned to do everything while holding Jackson in her arms.

“It’s amazing what you can do with one arm,” Charlize said. “I hold Jackson in one, and we play and do things with the other. It’s like he’s permanently attached to my body.”

  1. I doubt her quote about Jackson being “permanently attached” to her body. She sure travels a lot for a woman who just adopted.
I’m sure Jackson will have a lot of good things in life, but a good mother isn’t one of them. Charlize may be smart, but she is also cold and controlling. Ask her ex, Stuart Townsend about that. I witnessed Charlize lose her temper publicly once, and it was directed at Stuart. She was horrible and I felt so bad for him having to put up with that. He must have really loved Charlize. Anyways, I feel bad for this baby too … There is a reason Charlize is cast as evil characters all the time. It’s what she knows about.

    • Is everyone who ever loses their temper and treats someone badly, automatically a bad mother? Or do you just reserve this judgement for her? Are you suggesting that you know her personally? Because if you do, you’re a pretty crappy person yourself for talking sh*t about her here. How’d you like it if someone posted some nasty thing you did online?

Yes, because you must be an expert on her now. After witnessing one incident you surely must know all about her and be able to make an adequate assessment of who she is and what kind of person/mother/wife she was/is. Please look up “fundamental attribution error” and teach yourself something.

Charlize temper, interesting I read where she was ‘discovered’ at a bank she lost her temper with a bank teller and that drew a casting agent attention towards Charlize

  3. I, too, am just kind of rolling my eyes at her “permanently attached to her body” quote. This is a woman who has been in the public eye for a long time and has in all that time, been notoriously camera shy and private. She was rarely ever photographed before. She’s been photographed more times (sans baby) and has smiled at the paparazzi more since announcing her adoption a few months back than she has in ten years. Hilarious.

    • So you think she’s going out of her way to seek publicity now that she adopted a child?

I suppose that could be true, but it could also be a crock of sh*t.

  4. I can’t speak for what type of mother she is becuase I didn’t know her but as for her being a B their are many reports of her being difficult on set and not the nice person. But that dosen’t mean she can’t be a good mom.
