Marcia Cross, Tom Mahoney and their 5-year-old twin daughters Eden and Savannah were seen leaving a basketball court in Santa Monica, Calif. on Saturday (July 7). The former Desperate Housewives star walked along with Eden – who carried a ball. Savannah got a ride on dad’s shoulders.
With the exception of Marcia’s white hat – everyone wore black and navy.
Desperate Housewives ended after eight seasons in May. The actress said of the show, “I hope if nothing else it advances the age of the working actress.”
The 50-year-old also has compared Desperate Housewives and her other show Melrose Place to art.
She said, “I’ve always said – what comes to my mind, and I don’t know if this is legitimate or not, but I thought of Melrose Place as like Andy Warhol and I think of this as like [the paintings of Wassily] Kandinsky or Francis Bacon. One [Melrose] was like pop art – not that Andy Warhol wasn’t a genius, but it was like of its time and very famous, but this [Housewives] is much more complicated and rich and interesting.”
