Expectant mama Kristen Bell kept her growing belly under wraps while toting a handful of clothes, magazines and a scarf on the set of House of Lies in Los Angeles, Calif. on Monday (November 24).
The soon-to-be mother-of-two, 34, has teamed up with Bravado Designs and Medela to make a generous donation of $91,500 worth of Bravado nursing bras and Medela breastpumps to expectant and new mothers in need. Bell’s donation directly supports Baby Buggy, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing American families in need with essential equipment, products, clothing, and educational services for children aged newborn-14.
“As a mother about to have my second baby, I understand the importance of having the essential tools necessary to provide for a newborn,” Bell says in a statement to Celebrity Baby Scoop.
She adds: “Greater still, I am aware of the immeasurable value of having support systems in place to ensure success on this journey of motherhood. Anything I can offer in support and care to new moms in need remains a huge priority to me.”
“I’m so grateful this partnership with Medela and Bravado Designs allows me to donate and contribute in significant ways by changing outcomes for the at-risk mothers that Baby Buggy strives so hard to support,” she continues.
The Frozen actress and her husband, Parenthood star Dax Shepard, are expecting their second child. They are already parents to 20-month-old daughter Lincoln.
