The Hills alum Audrina Patridge and her estranged husband Corey Bohan have reached a custody agreement.
The former MTV reality star, 32, and the Australian BMX rider, 35, have been in a legal battle over their 1-year-old daughter Kirra.
According to E! News, Patridge received full legal and physical custody of Kirra while Bohan has visitation rights three days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays.
Reportedly, the couple reached the agreement on their own terms.
“Audrina and Corey came to the agreement themselves,” said a source. “There is still a lot to be determined, but for now Audrina has primary custody of their child and Corey is getting visits each week.”
In addition, Patridge was granted a personal conduct and stay away order from Bohan, whom has been ordered to say 100-yards away from his estranged wife, her home, job, vehicle and Kirra’s school or childcare.
Bohan agreed to move out of their Orange County, Calif. home and Patridge paid him $35,000 to finance the move.
In September, Patridge filed for a temporary restraining order against Bohan due to an alleged domestic violence incident.
One week later, Patridge shared a cute clip of the couple’s daughter in a vintage yellow dress.
“Light of my life. This little beauty lights up the room wherever she is!…. I appreciate all your thoughts & messages, this is a difficult time but we are doing ok. xoxo,” she wrote.
She added: “(Kirra loves this little dress my grandma made it for my aunt 50+ years ago and it’s still in perfect condition & cute as ever).”
Patridge filed for divorce from Bohan after the alleged violent incident.
The pair were wed in Hawaii in November 2016. They had been on-again-off-again since 2008 before their engagement in November 2015.
