Expectant mama Bethany Hamilton shared a sneak peek of her maternity photo shoot via Instagram.
“Bringing new life into this world. @blendamontorophotography,” the pro surfer, 27, captioned the image with husband Adam Dirks and their 2-year-old son Tobias.
In their native Hawaii, the growing family pose together in a sweet snapshot featuring Bethany’s growing baby bump. She’s got that glow!
Over the weekend, the expectant mama bared her baby bump on the beach with her toddler.
With the words “20 weeks” scrawled in the sand, that professional surfer struck a pregnant pose with her sweet son.
“20 weeks along and feeling excited everyday!” she wrote. “For those who don’t know 20 weeks is about halfway along in pregnancy.”
Earlier this month, Hamilton announced her second pregnancy.
“Right there!” the couple’s son said in the cute clip when Dirks asks where baby is. Then, the toddler places a sweet smooch on his mom’s growing belly.
“Another one on the way!” Dirks addresses the camera, with Hamilton adding, “Baby in there!”
“Blessed to welcome our son, Tobias, into the world. Born June 1st, 7.9 lbs. and 21″ Long. He is named after his great grandpa Tobias meaning ‘The goodness of God.’ Adam and I so in love with our lil guy and are stoked to share life with him! #stokedmomma Photo: @TimmyHamilton,” the first-time mom captioned the family photo.
The couple announced their first pregnancy in Feb. 2015.
“We have a little surprise for you … baby on board!” Hamilton said in the YouTube pregnancy announcement. “She’s pregnant, yes!” added her husband.
The expectant mama lost her arm in a 2003 shark attack. Hamilton wrote about her experience in the 2004 autobiography Soul Surfer: A True Story of Faith, Family, and Fighting to Get Back on the Board. Then in April 2011, the feature film Soul Surfer was released.
