There’s another Bachelor baby on-the-way! Congratulations are in order for Catherine Giudici and Sean Lowe. The Bachelor alums are expecting their second child, they announced via Instagram Friday. The newborn will join the couple’s 16-month-old son Samuel.
“Baba numba two,” the expectant mama, 31, captioned the image lying on the couch with Samuel as he touches her belly.
In a cute clip, Giudici asks, “Samuel, what’s this?” “Baba!” he answers, pointing to his mama’s baby bump.
The proud papa, 33, also shared the news on his Instagram page.
“It’s happening!” Lowe captioned the clip.
“Hey Samuel, can you say baby?” Lowe says to his son in the video before Samuel points to his mama’s belly as he tries to say “baby.”
Giudici and Lowe got engaged on the March 11, 2013, finale of The Bachelor before getting married in a posh wedding that aired live on Jan. 26, 2014.
After the pair appeared on season 17 of The Bachelor, they later went on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars.
The couple welcomed their first child — full name Samuel Thomas Lowe — on July 2, 2016.
Hopefully, Giudici will have another easy pregnancy this time around.
“I’ve been really blessed to have no symptoms,” she told Fit Pregnancy while expecting Samuel. “I forget all the time that I’m pregnant, except for the fact that there’s a belly in my way.”
In September, Lowe opened up about his hopes for another baby soon.
“[Baby No. 2 is] not off in the distance because Catherine wants a big family — she’s convinced she wants several more kids.” Lowe told PEOPLE.
He added: “I’m 33 going on 34, so we better get crackin’ sooner or later! I would say that hopefully in 2018 we have another one.”
And Giudici also opened up about adding to their family.
“We were like, ‘Oh, we’ll totally knock them out and we’ll be so quick and get it over with,’ just because it’s a long time of being pregnant and having a newborn,” she said in September.
She added: “But we just enjoy Samuel so much right now that we haven’t nailed anything down. We didn’t really plan for him, so it’s kind of been that same thing – we’re just enjoying life together and we’ll see what happens.”
Congratulations to the Giudici-Lowe family!
