Pretty princesses! Grammy Award-winning singer Pink and her 6-year-old daughter Willow rocked the red carpet at the 51st annual CMA Awards in Nashville, Tenn. The mother-daughter duo looked every bit the matching princesses at the Bridgestone Arena on Thursday (November 8).
The What About Us hitmaker, 38, wowed in a white tiered ruffled gown featuring a black belt. She accessorized with Joelle diamond spike earrings, a Borgioni diamond double finger ring and another diamond ring by Pasquale Bruni.
Meanwhile, Willow looked adorable in a navy multi-length dress with a glittery bodice accessorized with a tiara.
The Beautiful Trauma singer — who was nominated for Musical Event of the Year for Setting the World on Fire with Kenny Chesney — performed her new song Barbies at the awards show.
The proud mama posted a photo of her pretty princess on the red carpet.
“My date my love,” the Try hitmaker Instagrammed the image of her beautiful daughter.
And she also shared a mother-daughter snapshot after the posh event.
In August, the singer, her husband Carey Hart and their daughter rocked the red carpet at the 2017 MTV VMA Awards in Inglewood, Calif.
During her acceptance speech while receiving the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, Pink spoke about body image and talked about when Willow said, “I’m the ugliest girl I know” and “look like a boy with long hair.”
“‘You’re beautiful,’ ” Pink recalled telling her daughter. “When people make fun of me they say I look like a boy or I’m too masculine or I’m too outspoken. Do you see me growing my hair? Do you see me changing my body? Do you see me selling out arenas all over the world?”
She continued: “Baby girl, we don’t change,” calling out artists like Michael Jackson, David Bowie, Freddie Mercury, Janis Joplin, George Michael, and Elton John. “We take the gravel in the shell and make a pearl. We help other people to change, so they can see all kinds of beauty.”
She ended her speech by encouraging fellow musicians and sending love to her daughter.
“To all the artists here, I’m so inspired by you guys,” Pink said. “There’s so much rad s— happening right now in music. Keep doing it and keep shining. And you my darling girl are beautiful and I love you.”
