She and husband John Legend, 39, had a turbulent start to their trip to Japan and now Chrissy Teigen, 32, is having a dilemma, choosing a name for her unborn baby. The couple shared their exciting news in November that they would be giving daughter Luna,1, a little brother or sister in 2018.
They have decided to go with a unisex name but the task has been harder than what the Lip Sync Battle Host could have ever imagined. She went to Twitter joking ‘Jesus Christ my baby will have no name.’ Showing a list of non-gender names that came up on a search. The list included names such as Ash, Aspen, Basil, Bay, Berry, Blaze, Brook/Brooke, and Cedar.
In a tweet later that day she wrote with sarcasm, ‘Never-mind change of plans. The name is Blaze Legend.’
A Less than Perfect Start to an Adventure in Japan
Teigen and Legend are currently in Tokyo, enjoying the sites together but they almost didn’t get there. They were in route to Tokyo on an ANA nonstop flight that left from Los Angeles. The two were excited about their trip to celebrate John’s Birthday.
After a bit over 4 hours on the flight, it turned around headed back to Los Angeles. Come to find out, an unauthorized passenger was on the flight and the crew didn’t realize it until 4 hours into the trip.
Chrissy took to Twitter keeping everyone updated on the fiasco and when they finally landed safely in Tokyo they celebrated with ramen noodles! She wrote, “We uhhhhh went ahead and canceled our connecting flight to Nagoya and 3-hour car ride for… obvious reasons. But are happy to stay here in Tokyo! We feel like young lovers again. Been a while since the ramen adventures of 2012!”
While in Japan Teigan gave us a bump update and things might be moving faster the second time around. She posted a selfie onto her social media writing, “how big so fast.” Her bump isn’t the only thing different for round two. The Swimsuit Illustrated model has been candid about her aches and pains, “I love being pregnant. I like it more than not being pregnant. But the headaches, my god the headaches. Someone…. please help. Don’t say water. Or Tylenol. Or iron. Or magnesium. I need witchcraft.”
Hopefully, Chrissy, you get some relief and a little R&R on your trip.
