Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz Adding a New Member to his Band, a Baby Girl
Pete Wentz, 38, and girlfriend Meagan Camper are expecting their second child together, a baby girl. The rocker revealed the happy news on social media New Year’s Day.
Wentz posted a picture of his adorable son’s Bronx and Saint both wearing plaid shirts and Saint held a present wrapped in pink paper with a coordinating pink boy. The announcement was captioned, “Happy New Year! We’re kicking the year off with news of the best gift yet: A girl coming to our family in 2018…love Pete, Meagan, Bronx and Saint.”
This will be the longtime couple’s second child together. They are already parents to their son Saint Lazslo, 3. The rocker and his model girlfriend have been together since 2011. Wentz shares his eldest son Bronx Mowgli,9, with ex-wife Ashlee Simpson Ross.
Wentz and Camper’s daughter will have her two older brothers to lean on when on the road. The bassist brings his family on the road often, in an interview he spoke of his rocker lifestyle with having kids, “My family’s pretty nomadic. We’re able to move around, and that’s the only life that my kids have grown up with, so I think it’s somewhat normal. It’s pretty fun. There’s nothing like a bus to put a kid to sleep. It’s really dark and the engine’s really loud.”
The 28 years old model seems to enjoy raising her family on the road as well. Camper often shares moments on her social media while backstage with her son.
The mom recently posted a picture of she and Saint on the stage, Saint wearing headphones to block out the loud music.
In another post she captured a father-son moment between Pete and Saint, the duo walking hand in hand captioning the photograph. “My Love.”
2018 is not only looking promising for the musician and his family but also for FOB. The band’s new album is set to release January 19.
