The youngest Kardashian sister, Khloe Kardashian, is once again feeling the burn from her critics. She is being body shamed but this time you might be surprised what it’s for, her pregnancy workout sessions.
When the Keeping up with the Kardashians show first gained its popularity fans and critics called her fat.
In the season two premiere of her reality show ‘Revenge Body’ she revealed that there was a time her family pressured her to slim down. They felt she was ‘the dead weight’ in the bunch and was bringing the brand down.

✨Sometimes it's hard for me to post these transformation posts only because I can't imagine my life being this unhealthy again. Never would I ever consider myself fat, But I would consider myself unhealthy mentally/physically and not knowing my true value. Mind, body and soul. Khloe Shows Off her Dedication
She recalls how hurtful it was to hear, “They said Khloe, you got to lose weight cause you’re really hurting the brand.” She went on to admit, “I’m a huge believer of it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it…I understand that was coming from my management side of my family, but it does hurt.”
The turning point for Khloe was the fallout of her first marriage. It was that event that the reality star threw her self into nutrition and fitness and the pounds starting falling off. Feeling stronger and healthier then ever the critics started to judge her for being too skinny.
Now Khloe is under fire for risking her baby’s health by working out and staying fit which is absurd if you think of the alternative, sitting on your couch eating potato chips and ice cream.
Khloe isn’t allowing the body shaming deter her commitment to fitness. Leading a healthy lifestyle pre-pregnancy has had a positive influence in her life and she’s sticking to it.
The reality star, 33, has been posting so-called KHLO-FIT videos of her fitness routines that she is following while pregnant making it apparent she is dedicated to keeping her body as fit and healthy during her pregnancy.
In a video she posted to her social media on Saturday Kardashian showed off her endurance by revealing her 30 seconds reps 4 times each of weighted squats, using resistance bands and balancing herself on a fitness ball while doing arm presses. The expectant mother wore her hair up in a top knot, wearing black workout leggings and a long sleeve top while tying a plaid button down shirt around her waist hiding her most infamous asset.
