1. North, Saint and Chicago West
The three children of Kim Kardashian West, 37, and Kanye West, 40, were spared the run of the mill monikers, after all, look who their parents are. North 4, the couples oldest, was chosen because it symbolizes the highest power and she stands for the highest point between the two.
Kim and Kanye’s middle child Saint, 2, stands for the treacherous pregnancy Kim endured while carrying her son.
And, their newest arrival a daughter born via-surrogate named Chicago, the pair debuted their latest addition’s name on Kim’s website. Chicago pays homage to her father Kanye’s hometown, and Kim informed her social media following her nickname is “Chi” pronounced “Shy.”
2. Rainbow Aurora
The Daughter of Playmate Holly Madison, 38, and Pasquale Rotella, 43, was born March 5, 2013. Holly admitted that there were ‘a lot of smug haters’ when she chose the name for her 4-years old daughter but she said, “I want my daughter to be proud of who she is and learn to speak up and stand up for herself at a young age.”
3. Bear Blu
Actress Alicia Silverstone, 41, and her husband Christopher Jarecki, 41, named their boy Bear Blu who is now six years old. The animal activist said that after giving birth, “I didn’t leave the house at all for six weeks after his birth. I wanted to soak in every moment of his scrumptiousness.”
Reese Witherspoon, 41, and husband Jim Toth welcomed their first child Tennessee, 5, together in 2012. The Oscar winner was raised in the state of Tennessee and honored her Southern heritage.
5. Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson
This isn’t a joke, the list of top unique celebrity baby names wouldn’t be complete without this most unusual moniker. The daughter of Pulp Fiction actress Uma Thurman, 47, and boyfriend Arpad Busson has five names but Uma admitted,“We couldn’t agree on the name, so we call her Luna.”
6. Cricket and Birdie
Busy Phillips, 38, and husband Marc Silverstein, 46, named their little critters Cricket, 4, and Birdie, 9. Busy joked that people are worried her girls will need therapy because of their names but her response, “Guys, my kids will be in therapy for LOTS of reasons, I’m sure.”
