Grey’s Anatomy Caterina Scorsone Made Mondays a Little Less Painful

If you had a hard time getting into the swing of things because of the “Monday Blues”, Caterina Scorsone can help ease the pain!

The Grey’s Anatomy actress posted a picture on her social media of her adorable 19-month-old daughter Paloma Michaela Giles over the weekend. And it looks like little Paloma is ready to take on the week with some giggles!

The tot is definitely all smiles in the picture. Paloma is shown wearing her white, floral patterned pajamas.

 

The 36-year-old actress captioned the snap, “If you were having a rough day, here’s a smile to remind you…joy.”

This is the latest photo of Caterina’s daughter, she often shares sweet moments like this of Paloma with her fan base. Scorsone also shares her daughter Eliza, 5, with husband Rob Giles.

Caterina has been outspoken on her social media on the topic of child diversity especially when it comes to the children companies choose for their ad campaigns. Bringing light to the subject the actress often highlights institutions that have taken the measures of using more diverse children in their advertising.

Last month Scorsone shared the cover of the retailer Anthropologie May catalog that featured her friend Amanda Booth and her son Micah.

The Grey’s Anatomy star went on to write about the triumphed cover, “Anthropologie is walking the talk of inclusion by featuring my gorgeous friend @amanda_booth and her handsome son Micah on the cover of their latest catalog. Micah has 47 chromosomes which makes him one of the beautiful people adding variation to our human family.”

Earlier in the year, Caterina gave props to American Girl. The doll company highlighted a girl with Down Syndrome in their catalog as well, the sign of the times that big corporations are seeing the importance of using more diversity in their advertising campaigns.

The mama captioned the post writing, “I want to take a second to applaud @americangirlbrand for representing diversity in America by making this little cutie, and all the girls with a little extra, visible.”

We can not only thank Caterina and Paloma for bringing joy into our Monday’s, but for bringing attention to need for more diversity for ALL kiddos out there.
