Miranda Kerr has New Content to Upload to Snapchat after Welcoming Baby No.2
Miranda Kerr, the former Victoria Secret model, gave birth to her second child her first with husband Evan Spiegel on Monday, May 7 in Los Angeles. The couple named their new bundle of joy Hart, and sources say the moniker is in tribute to Evan’s grandfather.
In an exclusive statement to People, the new parents said, “Words cannot explain how happy we are to welcome our beautiful son into our family. Miranda is doing well and Flynn is excited to be a big brother. Thank you for the kind words and wishes during this very special time.”
The 35-year-old Australian model is also a mother to her 7-year-old son Flynn whom she shares with ex-husband Orlando Bloom. The pair were married from 2010-2013 before calling it quits.
Kerr and the 27-year-old Snapchat CEO first made their romance public in June 2015 and just a year later became engaged in July 2016. They tied the knot in May 2017 in an intimate ceremony at their Brentwood, California home.
The couple announced the joyous baby news in November, “We’re just really excited to expand our family," Kerr told Us Weekly and added that her son Flynn can’t wait to be a big brother. “He’s very excited. It’s so sweet."
The KORA Organics founder number one priority is her son. She revealed to Girl Boss radio how she balances her work and motherhood while always keeping her son Flynn at the top of the list. “I want to make sure that I’m there for my son, to drop him off and pick him up. I schedule all my work around his schedule…he knows that I work and he knows when he’s with his dad he’ll FaceTime and maybe I’ll be on a photo shoot or maybe I’ll be in a business meeting.”
Kerr went on to explain, “He knows that, but at the same time, he knows that he’s a priority in my life, so I just want him to feel like a priority."
And the big question is when you’re married to the CEO of Snapchat will your whole birth be documented. The model assured Jimmy Kimmel when she paid a visit to his late-night show back in February that the answer would be NO! “No, I don’t think so.”
Congrats to the new family of four!
