Tori Spelling Fires Back at Internet Trolls That Fat Shamed Her Kids

90210 alum Tori Spelling shared a back to school photo of her four kids on Thursday. The proud mama of five posted a pic of her four eldest children, sons Liam, 11, Finn, 6, along with her daughters Stella, 10, and Hattie, 6. Spelling’s kids were off to their first day of school and like most mamas, Tori was excited to share with the world her kids monumental day.

The actress who shares her five kiddos with actor Dean McDermott, their youngest son 18-month Beau was not in the photo wrote alongside her Instagram post.

“School officially began today for my 4 older kiddos… This marks the first year that they’ll all be in the same school at the same time. You know what that means? For one year and one year only ONLY 1 drop off= Happy Mom," Spelling revealed. “Finn started Kindergarten at his new school and felt so proud to be at his big boy school with his older brother and sisters."

But shortly after the 45-year-old mother shared in her celebration that school drop off and pick up would be a breeze for her this year online trolls started leaving abusive comments about Spelling’s kid’s appearances.

“I would think they would look nicer for their first day of school. That’s a shame," one troll wrote.

A second troll inserted their opinion writing, “A tad overweight? Are they on a good food regimen? Health is important."

While a third troll left a hurtful comment, “3 fat children."

After Tori read the hateful comments towards her kiddos the reality star went into protective mama bear mode and clapped back.

The 90210 star wrote in the comment section of her post, “I am a proud mama bear and I enjoy sharing our family journey with my family, friends, fans and online supportive and loyal community."

“For all the individuals on here that felt the need to #momshame and #kidshame me and my children I say ‘Shame on you!’ I was raised to believe that if you can’t say anything nice about someone then don’t say anything at all," Spelling continued.

Tori concluded, “Lift others up and you in turn lift yourself up #endcyberbullying."

  1. What in the heck? I’m really disappointed by your use of a walrus for this post – this is really shameful. This website is going downhill – who edits these posts? Teenagers?
